Ventia is seeking a Technical Advisor – Transmission Lines to support capability uplift, technical excellence, and training development across the Transmission Lines Group.
This is a diverse and developmental role that combines technical leadership, training support, and procedural improvement. You’ll work closely with operational teams and trainees, supporting Transpower training pathways and EWRB requirements, while helping ensure consistent, safe, and high-quality work practices.
The role also involves reviewing and writing technical procedures, contributing to continuous improvement across the business. You’ll work across both field and office environments, supporting audits, compliance, and technical engagement.
You are a qualified Line Mechanic with solid field experience, ready to take the next step in your career.
