Summary The incumbent serves as the Senior Leader and Technical Advisor for the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy, driving strategic policy, legacy IT consolidation, and data-driven modeling for the DON Total Force. In this role, they serve as the primary consultant to M&RA leadership, managing HR system integration and representing the organization across the DoW and federal agencies.
