Provide specialist technical advice and leadership to support the design and development of Green Climate Fund (GCF) Concept Notes and funding proposals.
Strengthen climate rationale and the articulation of adaptation and mitigation measures within a specific technical area.
Undertake technical quality assurance of drafts to ensure coherence, feasibility, and alignment with GCF requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with program design colleagues and country teams to integrate specialist technical inputs into multi-sector narratives.
Develop knowledge products, such as technical briefs, checklists, and guidance notes, to strengthen team capability and capture lessons learned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field such as environmental management, climate change, public health, WASH engineering, renewable energy, or education.
