We are currently recruiting for a Technical Admin Team Leader on a fixed-term contract to oversee the performance and day-to-day operations of the Technical Admin team based at our Cwmbran office. This role will work closely with the wider Technical team to ensure the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency are consistently maintained.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, motivate, and manage team performance by setting clear objectives and challenging goals, while mentoring and developing both direct and indirect reports.
• Ensure the team operates in line with regional and company objectives.
