Client introduction A growing financial services organisation is looking to hire Technical Account Manager (Trading Platforms) to support its trading platform and client solutions function.
This role sits close to the front-office and client-facing teams, working with Relationship Managers, external clients, technology teams, and third-party vendors to ensure trading platforms are properly implemented, configured, tested, and supported.
The successful candidate will play an important bridging role between business users and technical teams, helping clients resolve platform-related issues, supporting new client onboarding, and ensuring trading technology solutions are delivered smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the key bridge between Relationship Managers, clients, vendors, and internal IT teams on trading platform matters.
Understand client issues or requirements relating to trading systems, platform access, connectivity, configuration, and system setup.
