One-Time Sales: Secure lucrative one-time sales opportunities. Team Collaboration: Work alongside Customer Care for a seamless client experience.
Key Performance Indicators: Customer Satisfaction: Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher. Retention Rate: Maintain a customer retention rate of 95% or more.
