Position Overview

Technical Account Manager
What you will do and how you'll make an impact:
conduct the technical operations for our top clients
technical support for new and existing clients by phone and email regarding all technical aspects of the campaigns
management of all technical issues with regards to campaign launching and running process
technical integration between internal campaign emission system (RTB House) and client’s e-commerce platform
work closely with our account managers to deliver high standards of customer service
monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns
propose and implement optimization solutions for online programs
cooperate with our technical support team from Head Quarter 
What we are looking for:
basic knowledge of HTML and Javascript;
experience with debugging tools (e.g. firebug, web browser consoles), Google Tag Manager;
