**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, technical-adjacent role, or IT consulting, assisting with technical implementations, project coordination, or customer success.
+ Experience (including internships or academic projects) in technical support, IT operations, escalation coordination, or cloud technologies.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Swedish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
