SUMMARY:
Well established food processor has a vacancy for the abovementioned who has a BSc Food Science or similar, 7 yrs+ experience in management of a laboratory/ies (ensure diagnostic testing of food products and releasing of results to customers) and food safety functions from receipt of raw materials to product release. He/she will oversee QA, QC, SQA, Microbiology, Food Safety and Regulatory functions, proactively mitigate food safety and quality risks and manage the operational budget of the department.
