Position Responsibilities:

Work closely with leaders across various functional areas to understand training needs. Design a learning experience that meets training needs and enables learners to be successful in role. Design, develop, and deliver training that supports multiple modalities, including in person, and self-directed learning. Develop training resources that rely heavily on technological solutions, including use of simulations, xAPI, dynamic triggering, Learning Record Stores, app-based devices, and big-data to target performance support features.
