Your Profile

You speak Dutch like a native speaker and your English is also excellent.
You have a keen eye for detail and can perform tasks accurately.
You are good at solving problems and making decisions, even when you don't receive much guidance.
You can work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience with SAP is a plus, but you will receive training if necessary.
You are flexible with working hours and can work shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to midnight).

Your Responsibilities

Manage complex orders from start to finish from a back office.
Handle escalations and collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve issues quickly.
