Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Develop job de ions, identify qualifications, and devise recruitment strategies with hiring managers
- Utilize various methods to source and screen candidates, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Cultivating existing business opportunitiesandgenerating new business opportunities
- Handle key accounts and be responsible for medium to large scale staffing projects.
- Foster positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to manage job offers and onboard new hires
- Provide professional HR consultancy to hiring managers and candidates.
- Keep hiring managers and stakeholders informed of recruitment status
