About the Role
The Tech Lounge is PwC’s in‑office walk‑up technology support model, providing colleagues with real‑time problem solving, training, and advice. As a Tech Lounge Support team member, you will be part of a customer‑focused and innovative team delivering onsite technology support across our offices.
You will work in person, five days per week, creating an engaging and collaborative environment where colleague experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement are prioritised.
In this role, you will:
Provide face‑to‑face support to resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring all activity is accurately logged and updated in ServiceNow.
Deliver one‑to‑one and group training sessions to help colleagues make the most of PwC technology.
