10+ years in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or project management capacity.

Hands-on experience with

Java (8/11/17+) ,

Spring Boot , and

Microservices architecture .

Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Deep understanding of Scrum/Kanban methodologies and project management software.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to explain "the why" behind technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Work closely with Product Managers, QA, and DevOps to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.

Synthesize complex technical updates into high-level, actionable status reports for the executive team.
