The tech lead provides architectural oversight, facilitates key design decisions, and ensures alignment between the delivery team and Boden’s architecture and platform standards.

Required skills:

• Solution architecture: Experience designing event-driven, serverless data integration solutions on AWS; ability to produce HLDs and LLDs that align with enterprise platform standards.
  
• Kafka & streaming architecture: Understanding of Kafka topic design, partitioning strategies, schema evolution, consumer group patterns, and how Kafka fits into a broader data warehouse ingestion pipeline.
