As a team leader at Schneider Electric, you play a crucial role in managing and guiding a team of warehouse employees, ensuring the smooth handling of incoming and outgoing goods flows.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading approximately 15 warehouse employees on a daily basis Preparing work schedules and planning personnel and warehouse activities Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and coaching your team Proactively managing KPIs and achieving departmental goals Selecting, onboarding, and training new employees Attending meetings on safety, quality, service, productivity, and personnel matters Initiating improvements within the department Ensuring an organized workplace (5S) and maintaining performance records Leading work meetings Contributing to the development of warehouse operators and multi-skilled operators
