As Team Lead, you manage, mentor and support the newly merged Southern Europe Customer Service team covering the Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French markets by acting as the central point of contact.
By fostering a positive work environment, you coach and train team members, define clear goals and drive continuous team development. Furthermore, you take on both professional and disciplinary leadership tasks, including holiday planning, time management and performance reviews.
An important part of the role is to implement the targets and KPIs set by management, as well as monitoring closely the performance of the team; ensuring proper follow up and putting in place appropriate countermeasures to enable the organization and the team to achieve the set goals.
