Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines with an excellent sales performance and have at least 3 to 5 years experience of managing a team in banking or FMCG industry.
Able to implement business plan and sales strategy.
Able to recruit, coach and develop sales personnel to become a good performers.
Able to foster the right team environment for sales personnel to strive for performance excellence.
