Purpose / Objective

To drive efficient procurement and inventory management by ensuring timely availability of spares and consumables, optimizing costs through strategic sourcing, and implementing best-in-class purchasing and inventory practices. The role also focuses on contract lifecycle management (ARC/service contracts) and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and storage of spares and consumables in line with business requirements
• Identify, negotiate, issue, renew, and close Annual Rate Contracts (ARC) and service contracts
• Ensure optimal inventory levels through effective planning and control mechanisms
• Implement best purchasing practices and continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and stores
• Drive standardization of procurement processes and contract frameworks
