Position Overview
Position Purpose
The role holder will make sure the R&D buildings, facilities and utilities are operational at all times enabling uninterrupted research & development processes in the laboratories. The role holder will also be responsible for mechanical maintenance of the site. The incumbent will also be involved in infrastructural projects as and when required.
Strategic Responsibilities
To ensure that mechanical maintenance of the site is carried out within time frame. To ensure that utility maintenance of the site is carried out within time frame To ensure that Capex related project are carried out within the the time frame.
