Under the general direction of the General Manager and District Manager, the Customer Service Representative (“CSR”) assists in carrying out the company’s day-to-day operations and is accountable for helping the company deliver on our commitment to provide superior customer service. The CSR is responsible for cash register operations, store and merchandise maintenance, and maintaining a clean and visually appealing food mart well stocked with various quality food and beverage options.
