Roles and Responsibilities
The Candidate should be Handle Farm, WRF & TA disbursement related end to end activities. The candidate should have excellent skill in Microsoft Excel as well as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint. The candidate should have the experience of vendor management & Vendor billing. The candidate should have strong interpersonal & communication skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate should have experience to Handle all types of Audits (Internal, Regulatory, RBI etc). The candidate should have to focus on automation and digitization to increase process efficiency, Productivity, Accuracy and improve TAT. The Candidate should have knowledge of Farm Loan-Tractors & Supply chain(TA), WRF Loan Product. Coordinate with the Product Team, IT Team & Sales Team for timely resolution of issues.
