The Team Leader is a professional leader of the assigned product category and is able to enhance the team development and performance and support the customer journey in order to ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals assigned to the reference department.

• Reflects the Company image in terms of standing and ensures that the team is aligned as well
