**Job Description**

This role will lead and provide guidance and direction to an assigned team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers and/or Relationship Managers. This role will also work closely with senior leaders in the business to ensure consistent and superior customer service.

+ Resolve ALL administrative issues and provide support to any level client staff
+ Provide guidance to junior staff
+ Operate with Relationship Managers to service the largest clients and resolve the most complex issues
+ Provides day-to-day support to existing institutional/corporate trust accounts including billing for administrative fees, recommending fee increases, facilitating bond closing, handling cash and investment transactions, monitoring cash activities and compliance items, providing debt service calculations, executing payment generation and follow-up
