+ **FPS Implementation:** Drive the Ford Production System (FPS) operating systems and processes to ensure the department meets or exceeds global manufacturing standards.
+ **Weld & Dimensional Quality:** Take ownership of weld integrity and dimensional accuracy measurables; use **QLS** and **ECATS** data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
