Liquid Personnel is recruiting a skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead a dynamic children’s social work team within its client’s Children’s Services department in Barnsley. What will your responsibilities be?

You’ll be responsible for managing a team of 7 social workers, including 1 Advanced Practitioner, within a fast-paced and supportive environment. Your leadership will be key in navigating complex safeguarding cases, ensuring high-quality assessments and interventions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
