Our preschool is on the hunt for a qualified experienced team leader to join our team.

As a team leader, you will play a key role in supporting and mentoring teaching staff, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring excellence in teaching practice. Working alongside the centre manager, you will help drive curriculum development, strengthen relationships with whānau, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
