You’re a visual thinker with a passion for organization and efficiency. As Team Leader, you bring our merchandise design to life while supporting the Assistant Store Leader – Visual. You lead and mentor the merchandising team, communicating the design vision, coaching on visual and operational standards, and providing feedback to drive excellence. You plan, perform, and supervise merchandising work, including floorset execution, ongoing maintenance, signage, and collateral, while managing replenishment routines and back-of-house standards. You analyze KPIs, support expense reduction initiatives, and ensure the salesfloor is always well-stocked and aligned with the brand.
