Job Summary: Team Leader – Sales

The Team Leader – Sales is responsible for leading and directing the sales team to achieve the company’s revenue and sales goals in the Building & Infrastructure sector within the UAE, with a focus on the Dubai and Northern Emirates regions. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and developing a high-performing sales team, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive business growth.

• Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for civil, structural, or other engineering disciplines
