We are now looking urgently for a Production/Assembly Operative Team Leader to join the very busy team. Fixed contract min 3 months.

Hourly wage is £15.19 plus a £1000 per month shift allowance. Hours are 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 5pm to 11pm and then Fridays 1pm to 7pm. No deviation from this shift pattern.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising employees working on the assembly line, providing

clear instructions and constructive feedback where necessary to

ensure production timescales are met and quality standards are

adhered to;
