**The Impact You'll Make**

The ProTeam Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of various levels of Engineers, Technicians, Planners and Machine Operators. As the ProTeam Leader, you are responsible for Performance Evaluations, group measures, budget, setting work direction, exercising sound judgment, and approval of manufacturing and quoting procedures. Specifically, this position is responsible for the ProTeam day-to-day activities in the Van Wert, OH manufacturing plant.
