The role:

We’re seeking a Processing Team Leader to lead and coordinate operations at our busy Dover factory. Based 90 minutes south of Hobart and reporting to the Factory Manager, this is a permanent, hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive performance, safety, and compliance while managing a team in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll supervise daily activities, provide direction and support to the Processing team, uphold quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement - all while maintaining Tassal’s commitment to safety and sustainability.
