Position Overview
Our client in the Insurance industry is looking for a Team Leader to assist the call center in attaining sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achievement of sales (TCF)
- Assist with direct marketing sales processes, targets and team
- Contribute towards sales policies & procedures.
- Monitor the performance of staff
- Gather information on complaints and provide feedback to necessary parties
- Assist in compiling of statistics
- Assist with client queries
- Monitor direct marketing campaign and measure results and assist with the implementation
- Assist non-performers
- Recommend possible incentives
- Assist in enforcing discipline
- Responsible for Lead loading / allocation
- Ensure the call center is provided with leads. (Daily, weekly and monthly)
- Keeping record of leads loaded
