Responsible for managing and developing team of customer service representatives.
Analyze performance results and create/implement improvements plans to meet company goals and objectives.
Create a work environment that is conducive to long term employment and employee.
Manage voluntary attrition of team through positive encouragement and proactively discussing issues and providing feedback.
Create unique ways to reward exceptional behavior or employee performance, in addition to the methods used by the company.
Plan for upcoming organizational needs and implement strategies in a proactive manner.
Work and communicate with other departments to ensure ideas/strategies are effectively executed and that they are done with all areas of the companyβs needs in mind.
