Preparation of sales plan, yearly forecast, balancing quantity and after approval updating plan in ERP, MRP run and verifying the demand & supply. Forecasting the demand requirement for the business of Tower Crane & Drives, by using data sources such as historical sales trends, statistical modelling & cross functional (sales & product management) inputs. To lead the Order Management & Sales Coordination team. Close coordination and communication.
