About the Role
You are a Senior Mental Health Clinician who brings extensive experience in providing support to consumers from an intensive home, and community based, Recovery orientated practice. Your main roles will consist of:
Supporting the MST manager in overseeing daily operationsDevelop the roster in line with SVHM roster policySupport chairing of the clinical review at times when the manager is absentAttend weekly intake meeting to review consumers suitable for case management with MSTSupport monthly line supervision in alignment with the EBA, CWMS requirementsOffer coaching and mentorship to junior case managers, especially within Mobile Support and Tr...
