Lead and coach a team of General Maintenance and Instrumentation & Control Technicians, as well as maintenance planners.
Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities on packaging lines, ensuring full compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Be a visible presence on the shop floor—supporting your team, solving issues quickly, and driving performance.
Work closely with the reliability team to boost equipment uptime and refine maintenance strategies.
Review work orders and prepare clear, periodic KPI reports.
