Team Leader required to join a dynamic global estate agency franchise, whose core functionality is staying ahead of trends in the real estate industry through their comprehensive, industry-leading training curriculum and research resources.

In this varied role you will manage, motivate and lead a team of agents, so a minimum of 5 years Branch Manager experience is required.



Responsibilities of the Team Leader are:

Responsible for the supervision of the estate agents in their respective office

Responsible for the supervision of the employees in their respective office

Recruit at least 4 to 5 agents a month

Review goals of each agent on the team on a quarterly basis

Make contact with each agent on the team monthly

Conduct weekly sales meetings/trainings
