Mission

Team leader of the IT Compliance unit ensuring the delivery and operations of all the services used by the bank Compliance entities at Group and Branch levels

In charge of managing a team of 11 IT specialists composed of business analysts and project managers

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the team and the related services to meet the expected level of quality
• Manage the portfolio of projects and ensure the proper delivery on time by meeting the business requirements within the approved budget
• Manage the team OPEX and CAPEX budgets within the approved envelopes
• Manage the team resources by setting individual objectives and developing their career path
