JOB RESPONSIBLITIE
- Lead the team to perform the daily duties and ensure smooth operation of our buffet restaurant.
- Achieve high level of customer satisfactions by serving guests and maintaining the delighted dining environment.
- To maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
- Form 5 or above and preferably with professional hotel or food and beverage training.
- Minimum 2 years related experience.
- Committed and enthusiasm for work.
- Customer-oriented, good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
