Job Role Led the full-cycle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process for CAPEX, OPEX, and Services. Key duties included strategic supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, quality compliance, and end-to-end issue resolution from delivery to final vendor payment.
Responsibilities Procurement & Supply Chain Management - End-to-End Purchasing: Manage daily PR processing, RFQs, historical price benchmarking, and SAP PO creation/release for indirect procurement.
- Sourcing & Negotiation: Source new suppliers, negotiate optimal commercial terms, and manage freight finalization and forwarder nominations.
- Logistics & Delivery: Oversee international logistics, including MOH approvals, pre-alert documentation, customs clearance, and timely delivery.
Compliance, Quality & Audit - Quality Assurance: Manage GMP-QMS activities, including Change Controls, CAPA, Deviations, and ISO 14001:2015 (HSE) standards.
