Team Leader - HRO Must-Have** - Bachelor‘s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10 to 14 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, Workday, or similar preferred) - Experience with ADP Global View and Celegro is a must - US / UK / Middle East payroll processing exposure - Global Payroll exp (UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM, Europe, UK, APAC & ASEAN Regions) - Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
