Position Overview
**Description:**
1.协助客房部副理确保部门顺畅有效的运转,并且确保部门的运转严格遵照部门政策和程序进行。
Assists the Assistant Manager – Housekeeping in the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
2.确保客房部的服务符合酒店的标准。
Ensures Housekeeping service according standards of Hotel.
3.为客房服务员准备工作记录表。
Prepares worksheets for daily Housekeeping Room Attendants.
4.准备迷你吧和库房盘点报告,及房间缺陷清单。
Prepares reports for Mini bar, Inventory, Room defects list.
**Qualifications:**
1.两年以上酒店或相关工作经历为佳。
More than two years’ working experience in hotel or relevant experience is preferred.
2.熟悉办公自动化软件的使用。
Familiar with office automation software.
3.具有良好的管理能力,组织协调能力,人际沟通能力和应变能力。
Good management skill, organization and coordination skill, interpersonal communication skill and adaptability.
4.掌握各类清洁用具的使用和保养方法,懂得并能使用各种消防安全设施。
