SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION

+ To drive & achieve KPI performance of all team members.

+ Assist in project recruitment.

+ Monitor and track daily activities of all team members by region.

+ Call of Achievement (Attendance).

+ Great execution.

+ Planogram compliance.


+ Daily schedule adjustment (For Ad-hoc distributor stock in arrangement and absentee) .

+ Field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team members​.

+ Help to cover for the outlet execution (Vacant headcount and absentee).

+ To support for Ad-hoc activation campaign.

+ Assist in on-boarding field training to new members.

+ Conduct ‘one to one’ coaching and mentoring with team members (If necessary).

Salary : RM 3,200.00 - RM 3,500.00
