Job Purpose : This role will be responsible for the management, business analysis, and oversight of the service transformation portfolio, covering initiatives across the Retail and Business Banking Group (RBG), Wholesale Banking Group (WBG), and the contact centre, as well as oversight of initiatives focused on embedding a service transformation mindset.

• Analyse business requirements, liaise with project team and produce functional specification document for addressing the requirements.
• Integrate and deploy new systems and products to ensure business sustainability and profitability.
• Responsible for delivery and implementation of new initiatives / changes in Enterprise Applications.
• Evaluate the business requirements and identify any gaps together with high-level proposals for their resolution, workarounds, or changes in processes.
