About The Role Parker Premier Real Estate is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, drive performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and supervise the sales team
- Support team members in achieving sales targets

Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE (real estate preferred)
