The remuneration range for this role is $86,230 to $121,736 (including KiwiSaver). We anticipate paying around the midpoint $101,447.

We’re looking for an experienced and people‑focused Team Leader – Drainage to join our Network Maintenance team. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll lead crews responsible for maintaining critical drainage infrastructure, ensuring services are reliable, safe, and meet high‑quality standards. You’ll ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard, while balancing customer expectations, environmental impact, and operational performance.
