Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the leadership and management of the Claim Management team
- You ensure that all processes and procedures in the warranty area comply with the service agreements with internal and external customers
- You are responsible for the continuous monitoring of all KPIs and take appropriate measures when necessary
- You review requests to ensure completeness and correctness in accordance with the contractual requirements
- You prepare claims and forward them to the relevant internal departments
- You continuously monitor process indicators and resources and take appropriate measures to achieve targets when necessary
- You ensure professional communication with customers regarding current quality issues
