Job Summary:
The Team Leader is an integral part of the support team, responsible for meeting the practical, physical, and emotional needs of the individuals we support within the service.
Through a key worker system, they will design individual support programmes and coordinate the delivery of these packages by a group of Support Workers and themselves.
We are recruiting for Full Time, Part Time and Relief roles. Please note salary scales are based on working 39 hours per week. Part time roles will be pro rata.
