Team Leader – Accountancy & Finance Recruitment

About the Role:

As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of 2-3 consultants, guiding them to success within the Accountancy & Finance sectors. You will recruit for high-level roles such as Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, and CFOs. While prior management experience is not required, you should be able to demonstrate leadership within your current team and have at least 2 years of recruitment experience in accountancy and finance.
